Litigation Attorney – Employment

Allen, Glaessner, Hazelwood & Werth LLP, a boutique law firm with a thriving employment practice seeks an attorney with a strong litigation background. You should have at least five years of progressively responsible experience prosecuting or defending employment lawsuits, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, representing clients at mediations and settlement conferences. This is full-time employment. It provides an excellent opportunity to transition from a large firm to a smaller firm. You will receive excellent mentoring, gain trial experience, as well as an opportunity to become a partner, if desired. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with relevant experience.
