Kellen M. Crowe
Kellen Crowe is a member of the firm’s employment group. His practice focuses on representing employers in the defense of claims including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. He also represents employers faced with wage and hour class actions and claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act. In addition to litigation, Mr. Crowe advises public and private employers on matters related to employment policies and practices including drafting employee handbooks. He also assists with workplace restraining orders for employers who face threats to their employees.
Since admission to the State Bar of California, Mr. Crowe has practiced primarily employment law. He has experience representing both employees and employers in state and federal court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies. This experience includes all levels of litigation through trial and appellate court.
