Kellen Crowe is a member of the firm’s employment group. His practice focuses on advising private and public entities, non-profits, and small businesses on employment issues and representing employers in the defense of claims including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. He also represents employers faced with wage and hour class actions and claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act.
Since admission to the State Bar of California, Kellen has practiced primarily employment law. He has experience representing both employees and employers in state and federal court, arbitration, mediation, and before administrative agencies. This experience includes all levels of litigation through trial and appellate court.
