Kelsey J. Moe
Kelsey Moe, an associate in the firm, is a member of the public entity practice, as well as defending consumer and putative class action lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moe practiced at a national firm, focusing on products liability and general liability matters, including defending consumer breach of warranty cases for automotive manufacturers. Ms. Moe has also handled a broad range of cases in the areas of False Claims Act litigation, consumer protection, employment law, personal injury, and other complex civil litigation matters.
Ms. Moe attended University of California College of the Law, San Francisco where she participated in three practice clinics and served as the Executive Production Editor for the Environmental Law Journal. She also received distinguished awards including CALI and Witkin Awards for the highest grade in Employment Law and CALI Award for the highest grade in Immigrants’ Rights Clinic.
Ms. Moe also received her B.A. in Politics and Minor in Legal Studies from University of San Francisco. While there, she was a member of the University’s Division One Women’s Soccer Team. After graduation, Ms. Moe worked for the Peace Corps in El Salvador.
