Steven D. Werth
Steven Werth, a founding partner of the firm, is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group. He specializes in employment law litigation, and sexual abuse/molestation claims. A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”), Mr. Werth represents public and private clients in complex state and federal litigation in a variety of litigation matters that include jury trials and class actions. Mr. Werth’s litigation practice also includes representing employers in union grievances and arbitration, and before administrative agencies such as the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the Department of Industrial Relations. Mr. Werth has also successfully argued writs and appeals before federal and state appellate courts, and he has served as a court-appointed ADR facilitator.
