Lily E. Adam
Lily Adam, an associate attorney, is a member of the firm’s labor and employment group. Ms. Adam represents employers in a variety of employment based lawsuits, including those based on claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and wage and hour matters. Ms. Adam’s practice also includes monitoring federal, state and local legislation affecting employment laws, as well as creating and revising employee handbooks and policies to keep employers compliant with rapidly-changing employment laws. In addition to her civil litigation practice and her advice and counsel work, Ms. Adam also has experience as a worker’s compensation defense attorney and she has appeared extensively at Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board hearings throughout California. In her current practice, Ms. Adam represents public and private entities in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.
