Hannibal P. Odisho


Hannibal Odisho, an associate attorney, is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group. He specializes in defending private and public sector clients in all types of complex labor and employment issues, including California wage and hour, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, Title IX, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Mr. Odisho also provides employment advice and training in complying with a wide variety of employment areas such as employee classification, leave management, disability accommodations, employee handbooks and policies, misconduct, and wage and hour compliance. Mr. Odisho has extensive experience practicing in state and federal court, as well as before government regulatory agencies (e.g., EEOC, DFEH, and DLSE).
